Employers: Establish a 403(b) Program
About 403(b) Plans

A 403(b) plan allows non-profit or tax-exempt organizations — such as churches, hospitals, and schools — to offer employees a cost-effective way to save for retirement. The T. Rowe Price 403(b)(7) custodial account agreement is designed to work with your employer plan as part of your written document requirement.

Step 1: Download and complete the Information and Services Agreement and mail it to T. Rowe Price

This form allows you to establish your 403(b) program at T. Rowe Price and to set up online account access using our Plan Sponsor Web site.

Step 2: Distribute 403(b) kits to your employees

Contact T. Rowe Price to request 403(b) Employee Kits to be sent to you for distribution. Employees can also visit the Open an Account Page and download the necessary forms. Completed 403(b) forms should be returned to you for processing.

Step 3: Get your Plan Sponsor website operator ID

A unique Operator ID will be mailed to you once your application has been processed. It should arrive within 7 to 10 days.

Step 4: Activate and set up your Plan Sponsor website

Once you've received your Operator ID and temporary password, you can access Plan Sponsor Web, which allows you to administer your 403(b) plan online.
