T. Rowe Price will establish your Plan Sponsor Web account and will provide you with a unique operator identifier (Operator ID) and temporary password by mail.
You may then access the Plan Sponsor Web site by entering the Operator ID and password.
We will send you 403(b) employee kits to distribute to employees. Employees can also request kits online or by calling
To open an account, employees must complete a 403(b)(7) Custodial Account Application and give the form to you so that you can establish the participant accounts on the Plan Sponsor Web site.
There are three ways your employees can get the forms needed to establish their accounts.
- They can visit the employee open an account page and download the new account forms.
- You can request kits for your employees by calling
