We're constantly adding new features, and enhancing existing ones, to provide you with a robust, efficient, and easy-to-use website.
Our Site Tour gives you an overview of the improvements that you will experience on the site. You'll see that we've organized the site to make it much easier and more convenient to access the information you need to manage your accounts. Click below to see how the T. Rowe Price website will benefit you.
Information appearing on your screen can load from two locations: from an Internet server or from your computer's cache, a portion of the hard drive that stores previously loaded Web pages. If the page loads from the cache, the information provided will be only as current as the last information from the Internet. If the information is not current, use the Reload or Refresh button at the top of your browser. If this does not produce updated information, you will have to clear the cache and force the browser to seek the information directly from the Internet. For information on clearing the cache, check your browser's help menu.
The Web pages may occasionally load slowly for several reasons. During certain times of the day when there is a high level of traffic to the site or on the Internet, it may take longer for a page to load. The speed of a computer's processor and modem also determine the speed at which a Web page loads.

The way the Web page is designed may cause the browser not to display a closed lock, due to the use of frames. These frames segment the page into different parts, and the parts containing your information are secured by 128-bit encryption. You may check this security by clicking anywhere on the part of the page containing your personal information, using the right-hand mouse button. A menu will appear, and one of the options will be Properties or View Frame Info, depending on the Web browser you are using. Once selected, a separate window will appear stating the level of encryption, which shows that these pages are secure for your protection.
The T. Rowe Price website uses frames technology. On Web pages that use frames, be sure to select the correct frame on that screen by clicking the mouse somewhere within the frame containing the information you want to print.
