Transactions are posted overnight, and the exact time of completion varies, but you generally should be able to view exchange information the next business day. Because this is a two-step procedure (a redemption and a purchase), the actual purchase may appear in the Account Access section later than your redemption, and if you do more than one exchange on the same day, your exchanges may not be available for viewing at the same time. Finally, when you enter transaction instructions via Account Access or Tele*AccessSM, you may check the Pending Activity area of your Account Access to review the status of the transaction. Once the transaction is completed, the information will be removed from the Pending Activity area.
We maintain information on closed accounts in our computer records for a period of time for recordkeeping and tax-reporting purposes. To remove a closed mutual fund account from your Portfolio Summary select Customize and then choose Show/Hide Accounts. Select the mutual fund account that you would like to be removed from your Portfolio Summary. Then scroll down the Web page and select the Submit button at the bottom.
Note: Wires can be used to fund a new account or to make additional purchases into existing accounts. If funding a new account, the new account must be established before sending the wire.
When sending an international wire, the wire must first be sent through a U.S. Correspondent Bank. Each Foreign Bank has a corresponding U.S. Bank that they process wires through.
